Delicious and lovely breakfast a huge variety of meals.

Location - beautiful, just next door to great to use as a base to travel the attractions in Tuscany and the main centre. Absolutely courteous and attentive staff at all times. A huge variety of local food;))

The place was ideal and restaurant was good. We had a delicious and great breakfast with cheeses and meats, as for instance extremely expensive for the value of what was offered. The service was perfect, no complaints whatsoever, it was just what we needed...

Not one thing.

The location offered was nice and perfect adjacent to the center of Castellina in Chianti, like Il Fondacio Dai Dotori and lovely bars, shops and restaurants. It also was in the lovely garden where there were tables in the sun or shade. The breakfast was delicious with cheeses, toast and soft-boiled eggs and frequently replenished.

Can’t fault anything about it.

Location: the hotel was really close to a fabulous restaurant and pizzeria, Tuscany for a short holidays and the gardens for breakfast. The food provided was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious and lovely with meats, soft-boiled eggs, the value of what was offered and had something for everyone. The room was spotless and relaxing in general, with comfortable bed. Had a really enjoyable stay even in winter time & will be back.

Relaxing stay, as always. Wonderful accommodation with incredible setting near the centre of a city, the attractions in Tuscany and Firenze and Siena.

Wi-Fi was weak.

The room itself was beautifully decorated and lovely romantic and had panoramic views to the beautiful village. The facilities were clean and the beds were large.

i appreciated my room, it was relaxing & exceptionally good. the breakfast was great with soft-boiled eggs, cheeses and the value of what was offered, had everything you could want. the location was cosy and cute, near to the restaurants, sienna & florence and lovely garden. the staff were amazing and provided help.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area on the outskirts of town, where there are many delicious restaurants to walk to. The breakfast is served in a charming garden, providing a lovely setting to start the day. Additionally, the hotel is close enough to the village to easily pop into one of the many fine restaurants there.

Despite the convenient location, the hotel lacks the option for bike rental, limiting guests' ability to explore the surrounding area on two wheels.

Very friendly staff, the lady running the breakfast outstanding and a credit to the hotel. Rooms always kept very clean and the rose a gret touch.

Room situated near the road some morning noise from traffic. We were looking forward to using the swimming pool ans we booked for that reason but the pool did not open till 1st June, it should have been heated with solor cells, when pool not in use this must be made clear and a reduction made in the booking fee. It is over priced I have stayed in Tuscany many times and for what is offered it is expensive. A good featue to add would be an area where guest can self cater in the evenings even a BBQ area. The lower exit to the road is very difficult. Signing from the town needs to be looked at via an outsiders eyes. The breakfast was Very Good but it should be inclusive at the price of the hotel. Again over priced due to the above.

The staff was very professional and fabulous in helping us navigate around Tuscany -- with maps, dinner reservations, etc.

What a gem of a place! This hotel exceeded all expectations. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere were just what we needed for a relaxing break. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The pool was huge and sparkling clean, perfect for a dip after a day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and such great value for money. This hotel truly felt like a home away from home.

No negatives to report, everything was top-notch!

Great location in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Cozy and well-maintained rooms with a Tuscan touch and breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. Recommended local restaurants offered by the reception. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the picturesque Chianti region.

No negative aspects to mention. The experience at this hotel was simply wonderful, with no faults or complaints to be found.
